Casey Kitt
Owner
With over 26 years of experience in both estimating and project management, Casey is adept at all kinds of project delivery including design-bid-build and design-build. Casey specializes in working one on one with customers to assist in every aspect of planning, budgeting, value engineering, scheduling, and implementation. This communication is key to bringing projects in on time and budget.
Colby Kitt
Project Manager
Colby started working for Kitt Construction when he was just 16 years old as a laborer during the summers. After graduating high school, he went on to get a Construction Management Degree from Washington State University, working summers as a Project Manager Intern. In 2023 he joined our team full-time and manages remodels and ground up projects, taking on new challenges every day.
Christi Kitt
Office Manager
Christi earned her Bachelor’s degree in Business from Washington State University and later completed her MBA. She spent 15 years teaching business courses at Yakima Valley College, where she was known for her passion for developing future professionals. As the Office Manager at Kitt Construction, Christi loves the wide range of tasks she gets to tackle each day.
Molly Matheson
Project Coordinator
Molly manages all contract and subcontract administration, handles change orders, and assists in the bidding process. She specializes in keeping things organized in the office and communicating information to our field foremen. Molly also performs site safety inspections on our projects. She is the central hub of communication in the office and keeps things running smooth.
Gavin Blake
Project Manager
Gavin graduated from Central Washington University in 2007 with his Bachelor of Science in Construction Management. After graduation he went to work in Seattle as a Project Engineer and Project Manager where he worked on very large commercial projects. In 2019, he joined our company when his family decided to relocate to Yakima. His skills and expertise are a great fit for our team.
Heather Phillips
Administrative Coordinator
Heather filters through and enters every cost from every vendor, credit card receipt and timecard. Keeping the office/job costs entered and organized is one of her many duties. She also assists with project coordination, marketing, quarterly taxes, and planning employee events, big and small.

Eric has work experience on a wide range of project sizes and types including retail, healthcare, renovations, agricultural, and industrial projects. He has specialized in both, new construction and remodels. Eric is an asset to our team with over 27 years of experience. He is a working foreman, monitors site safety, construction phasing, subcontractor scheduling, and onsite quality control.
Rick has a wide range of experience in residential and commercial construction. He has specialized in both, new construction and remodels over the past 27 years. Rick strengthens our team with his knowledge, customer service attitude and his experience in managing projects. Rick is a working foreman, monitors site safety, construction phasing, subcontractor scheduling, and onsite quality control.
Kevin came to us with a significant amount of experience in residential construction and he has really dug in and taken to the commercial construction side. He has specialized in both, new construction and remodels. Kevin brings a wealth of knowledge, a positive attitude and a willingness to learn new things. Robert Brost

Robert’s construction career spans about 25 years and four states. He has settled in with Kitt Construction to run ground-up and remodel jobs. Though he can do anything, he has a special relationship with concrete. He is very knowledgeable and always has a story for you. Robert is a working foreman, monitors site safety, construction phasing, subcontractor scheduling and onsite quality control.
Javier Martinez

Javier started his construction career in 2018 when he joined the Kitt Team. He has worked hard learning all aspects of the trade and has moved up to running jobs. He has an easy-going personality matched with an excellent work ethic and desire to always keep learning.
